btw, what's the piece supposed to be for? in fact, i like the way you'd used tatting with the accessory accents.

hi mona, i got an explanation of a sash from dictionary.com -- a band or ribbon worn about the waist as part of one's clothing. i think your work fits that well. :)

Really...don't you love the city? ^_^
Tatting supplies are quite difficult to get. In fact most of them doesn't know about tatting at all. I only found 1 store who sell (a very limited color) tatting thread haha...It is a lost art in Bandung LOL

But I'm very grateful to have some relatives in singapore and australia.. the spoiled me with some balls of good thread

Hi, Mona! You are the first who asked me about the meaning of the title of my blog!
Ugh, in Hungarian 'csipke' means lace, 'lélek' means soul. 'Csipkelelkű' is an adjective, it means a person 'whose soul is made of lace'. Well, this is not really a positive thing, we use it when we are talking about a hypersensitive person (about me e.g. :). The title 'Az én csipkés lelkem' has a similar meaning: 'My lacy soul'. I don't know if there is a similar phrase in English, if you know one, please let me know it!
