Got totally hooked to tatting since I picked up the basics in the last quarter of 2006. On weekdays, work takes up the bulk of my time so I have very little time to tat. I'm always on the look out for nice little motifs that I can accomplish in 2-3 short sittings (av 1-2 hours). Doilies are huge challenges to me. More to learn along the way...

Ha Valerie ...i forgot to tell you ...I have been making necklaces and this is one of them ..it is very long so you can wear it twice around your neck or single ..when I have some time i will send a picture of the whole I know you cant really see the purpose ,,actually it was a mistake when I pulled the thread bit to hard it started twisting ..ha I loved the effect...I started this project of with buttons but i found it very hard....bye bye!
