About Me:
I am a hobbyist embroiderer, crazy quilter and tatter. I enjoy sharing Silk Ribbon Embroidery Patterns I've designed, creating Tutorials to help others, and what I'm currently working on at my blog.
I began my journey in June 2006 with a Silk Ribbon Embroidery kit bought from my local craft store. Quickly falling in love with the art, my journey began and soon started designing my own SRE motifs. Soon after, I learned of Crazy Quilting, and was intrigued with the way it used many methods of needlework and embellishment to create one-of-a-kind works of art. Along the way I picked up a few other needle arts including Tatting which I enjoy immensely.
I also have a Garden Blog, that journals desert gardening adventures, and a Dog Blog for my two dogs China and Madie.
I also co-own and moderate the Hand Embroidery Yahoo Group.
I am a Christian, I have a personal relationship with God and He fills me with peace, love, and joy!
Married to my wonderful husband, who is my very best friend. We live in the desert with our two dogs in our own garden oasis.

I stopped by and checked out your pictures. I love your Crazy Quilting! I had to mop up the drool off my keyboard. This is something I've wanted to do but never found the time. You do lovely work.

You did a really nice job on your friend's blue and green bookmark. I have tried to do that same pattern half a dozen times and I still haven't gotten it right! I can't get that chain to behave and go from top to bottom and back to the top again! I like your idea of putting it on a ribbon, I was wondering how to make it actually work as a bookmark with it not having much body to it. Very pretty!

Love your work! The bear is sooo cute. A lady at my church collects bears, what a great gift idea,thanks. I could not remember Lillian's name but her "Crazy Seol Sister" is in my mind probably forever! She's a nice lady, is she here on eTatters too? I couldn't remember her last name to search for her.
