Hi Linda,
Thank you for all the kind comments you left for me and my tatting, I really have tatted a lot since I started in Feb 2007.
I have signed up for Sharon's design class, I am excited to learn more about tatting.how and why things work.

Linda,
You have so inspired me! This is as far as I get..... So frustrating. I need to see someone in person as I have such a lot of questions about clunies. Any suggestions on instructions? Helpful videos? I have found the Priscilla book 2 the best source yet! Fox : )

Thank you so much for appreciating my little paisley.
I've tried to jot down the pattern for it and it's available here.
I'd really love it if you let me know how I've done.
Always an ardent admirer of your work,
Vinnie

I had just read a comment of yours about doing the clunnies, but I need someplace to go to show me an easy way to do them!! I've seen a plastic thing to make them with, do you use something like that?

i just started tatting this year. and i have never attempted it before. i was actually trying to find some patterns, so i could practice. i have one extremely old book that my grandmother gave me. but there is nothing in there i like, i have used it to get started. i have learned to do the flip. and can make rings, chains and picots. how do you get patterns. or do you all just make your own?

About Me:
I learned to tat when I was 17 in 1967. Since then I have tatted, more or less, continually. When I got bored with the only books that I could find (long before the internet came into being) I decided to have a go at desiging my own patterns. I have now produced 5 books - mainly on 3D flower patterns - and several free patterns that can be found on my website and blog.
