I have been tatting since I was 13 years old. I just discovered the world of tatting resources on the internet about a year and a half ago and my tatting has since improved by leaps and bounds. I love to make ceramic tatting shuttles. I also hand dye tatting threads and design tatting patterns too.

As a teacher of knitting and crochet, I am always stressing the importance of doing the math - creating a tension swatch and calculating yarn requirements.
